The Super-growth team is looking for new members. (Staff level, Post-doctor, and techinical staff)

(1) Post-Doctor:

We intend to hire a few AIST Post-Doctoral Research Scientists.

Job description
  1. Synthesis, characterization and application of SWNTs which utilizes the Super-growth technique.
  2. Application to CNT MEMS.
  3. Application to CNT supercapacitors.
Qualifications for application
  1. Applicant has received Ph.D. within seven years prior to the application.
  2. Experience in carbon nanotubes, energy storage, semiconductor processes are desirable, but very importantly, we are looking for people who are willing to challenge the most advanced technology, and who are highly motivated and strong willed.

Salary The standard rate of payment as determined by our center is 2,200, 2,350, and 2,500 yen/hour.
Period of employment We determine this at the time of employment. (This is only valid before March 31, 2010.)
Work location Super Growth CNT Team, Nanotube Research Center, National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology (AIST), Tsukuba, Japan
Working hours 8 hours/day
Holidayweekends (Saturday, Sunday), public holidays, summer holiday and New Year holiday.
CompenssationAccording to our center regulations: paid holiday, commuting allowance, social insurance.
